Role Overview

Looking for strong expertise in Indonesian market to grow and develop our enterprise communications and authentication business in Indonesia.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how business actually gets done in Indonesia — through relationships, credibility, patience, and consistency — and can combine that with strong commercial execution.

You will represent the company locally, work closely with enterprises, partners, operators, and industry stakeholders, and help establish a sustainable, long-term presence in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Relationship Development

  • Develop and grow enterprise business across messaging, authentication, and related digital communication solutions.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with large enterprises, digital platforms, aggregators, and ecosystem partners.
  • Introduce and explain new products clearly, helping customers understand practical use cases and long-term value.
  • Identify new opportunities in the market and convert them into structured, sustainable partnerships.
  • Should be willing to travel - extensively!

Enterprise & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Act as the local representative of the company in Indonesia.
  • Work with industry associations, regulators, and ecosystem bodies to stay aligned with market practices and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain close coordination with local partners and operators to support compliance, approvals, and smooth execution.

Commercial Ownership

  • Own commercial discussions, pricing conversations, and deal negotiations with enterprise customers.
  • Track business performance, pipeline, and market trends, and provide clear updates to management.
  • Support account growth through structured follow-ups, regular engagement, and disciplined execution.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate daily with teams in India and the UAE for operational readiness, approvals, and delivery.
  • Ensure enterprise requirements are clearly communicated internally and followed through to execution.

Requirements & Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in Telecom, CPaaS, SaaS, Enterprise Technology, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and local partners in Indonesia.
  • Good understanding of enterprise messaging, digital communication, or telco-related services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a relationship-first approach.
  • Comfortable engaging with regulators, operators, and industry associations when required.
  • Highly organized, consistent in follow-ups, and accountable for outcomes.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory); professional English required.
  • Strong command in local Language Bahasa
