Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting both domestic and emerging international markets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across geographies.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Build and nurture relationships with distributors, agents, and key clients.
Coordinate with SCM, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments to adapt sales plans.
Participate in trade shows, business delegations, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field; MBA preferred.
5-7 years of proven experience in sales covering both domestic and international markets.
Strong understanding of export/import processes, trade compliance, and documentation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage cross-cultural client relationships.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
