Role Description
Sales Manager – International Sales is a high-impact hunter role for professionals who thrive on driving aggressive growth in technology sales. This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Gurugram, reporting to Sales Head.
You will build and own a global sales pipeline, driving revenue growth across international markets.
We are seeking a proven business development professional with deep experience in Manufacturing and/or Automotive sectors. Focus customer regions include US, EU, Japan and ME.
Responsibility
- Build and scale a high-quality sales pipeline to drive revenue with high ownership, urgency and target orientation.
- Acquire new logos and consistently achieve sales targets through new new business.
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → closure
- Drive RFP responses, including estimation, pricing and submissions, working closely with Presales
- Work closely with Recruitment/Delivery teams through sourcing to on-boarding (for Talent deals)
- Engage and manage client decision-makers and procurement teams
- Collaborate with Marketing team for demand generation (primarily LinkedIn)
- Work with internal teams to build fine-tune niche services, solutions and offerings
- Track competitors, pricing, and market trends continuously - this will be one of the KRAs beyond sales numbers.
- Professionally manage Sales Funnel, OB and Revenue using company CRM tools
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Comfortable working across different time zones
Skills & expertise
Must Have:
- Relevant IT services sales experience in Manufacturing and/or Automotive sector.
- IT services/solutions Sales experience in at least 2 regions: Europe, US, UK, Japan, Middle East.
- Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding targets (primary KRA).
- Proven hunter mindset with ability to independently close deals. This is not a farming sales role and primary responsibility is to acquire new logos.
- Have established industry relationships which can quickly generate leads and help in building pipeline from scratch.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Europe markets, especially Nordics
- Foreign language skill (especially Swedish)
- Technical background in Manufacturing/Automotive before moving to Sales
Years of Job experience
5+ years of IT services sales experience across at least 2 regions: Europe, US, UK, Japan, Middle East.
Educational qualification
Preferred: MBA (Business/Marketing), B.Tech/MCA
