Job Title: International Sales Manager

Industry: Interior Manufacturing / Interior Fit-Out / Furniture Manufacturing

Location: Bhiwandi Kalyan Bypass (Thane ) Mumbai

Reporting to : Sales Head

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven International Sales Manager to lead and expand our overseas business for interior manufacturing products. The role involves developing international markets, managing global clients, driving export sales, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve export targets
  • Identify new international markets, distributors, dealers, and project opportunities
  • Manage relationships with overseas clients, architects, contractors, and consultants
  • Handle international inquiries, proposals, pricing, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with production, design, QC, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
  • Manage export documentation, shipping coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations
  • Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and monthly performance reviews
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships

Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong international sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of interior manufacturing, furniture, modular interiors, or fit-out projects
  • Understanding of export procedures, Incoterms, and international logistics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple international accounts simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or Interior / Mechanical Engineering
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage

Experience
  • 510 years of experience in international sales
  • Minimum 35 years in interior manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, or fit-out industry preferred
