Responsibilities
1.Responsible for target based overall Sales & Marketing of ABM's (US/Europe)
2. Gather market intelligence to assess market trends and explore business opportunities in assigned area.
3. Gather intelligence to assess market trends and explore business opportunities in assigned area.
- Work on and convert nurtured into business.
- Plan and schedule customer's meetings to achieve the targets.
- Approaching custom for detailed demonstrations of various product from the marketing point of view in coordination with the reporting authority.
- Monitoring activities, products and services of business.
- Attend and close enquiries into business.
- Supervise team to promote company's products for business.
- Review of business with team and prepare a plan for self-review with seniors.
- Analyze business results and recommend improvements for business plan.
- Conduct regular business meetings and coordinate with teams to ensure continuous business development.
- Conduct promotional activities and increase brand visibility.
- Plan review and execute to achieve monthly/quarterly and annual business targets.
- Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes.
- Monitoring and executing expos/exhibitions i.e. CPHI etc.
- Achieving the monthly target in given period.
- Coordination with Production ND Logistics for overall execution.
Qualifications
- Experience managing sales teams. Should cover USA and Europe market
- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
