Job Title : Excipients pharma Sales AGM

Job Skills -

· Strong international business development skills (US & Europe markets)

· Expertise in B2B pharma sales (excipients pharma must) Microcrystalline Cellulose/ Magnesium Stearate/ Sodium Stearyl Fumarate

· Proven ability in lead generation, nurturing & conversion

· Experience in key account management & client retention

· Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for target based overall Sales & Marketing of ABM's (US/Europe)

2. Gather market intelligence to assess market trends and explore business opportunities in assigned area.

3. Gather intelligence to assess market trends and explore business opportunities in assigned area.

  1. Work on and convert nurtured into business.
  2. Plan and schedule customer's meetings to achieve the targets.
  3. Approaching custom for detailed demonstrations of various product from the marketing point of view in coordination with the reporting authority.
  4. Monitoring activities, products and services of business.
  5. Attend and close enquiries into business.
  6. Supervise team to promote company's products for business.
  7. Review of business with team and prepare a plan for self-review with seniors.
  8. Analyze business results and recommend improvements for business plan.
  9. Conduct regular business meetings and coordinate with teams to ensure continuous business development.
  10. Conduct promotional activities and increase brand visibility.
  11. Plan review and execute to achieve monthly/quarterly and annual business targets.
  12. Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes.
  13. Monitoring and executing expos/exhibitions i.e. CPHI etc.
  14. Achieving the monthly target in given period.
  15. Coordination with Production ND Logistics for overall execution.
  • Qualifications

    • Experience managing sales teams. Should cover USA and Europe market
    • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
