Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for an International Sales Manager. The responsibilities include managing international sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with global clients, identifying and pursuing new markets, and implementing sales strategies. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while meeting organizational goals and expanding market presence.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in sales strategies, client relationship management, and the ability to penetrate international markets
  • Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and international trade regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and additional languages being an asset
  • Analytical thinking, market research experience, and strategic planning skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the diamond or jewelry industry is a strong advantage
