We are looking for a highly motivated
Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and ensure achievement of sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Oversee sales operations including order processing, pricing negotiations, and reporting. Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements
- MBA in Sales Marketing (Mandatory), B.E. in Electronics preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience in domestic markets. Strong relationship management, communication, influencing, and customer orientation skills.
- Experience in managing teams, achieving sales targets, and business development.
- Willing to work from the corporate office and travel as required.
- Must have handled at least a team size of 3 - 5 members.
