Job Description

Job Title: International Sales Executive (UK, USA, Australia)
Department: International Sales
Location:Kolkata(in office)
Reporting To: Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Mission
To identify, connect, and build relationships with international buyers across assigned UK, USA, Australia markets and drive consistent sales growth by converting qualified leads into revenue. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding the company's international footprint and increasing brand presence in global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in assigned international regions
Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead outreach, qualification, conversion, and closing
Conduct product presentations & negotiations with global clients
Market Development
Identify potential distributors, wholesalers, and direct customers
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified international prospects
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competition intelligence
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client queries
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversion status
Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports to management
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for sales enablement activities
Key Performance Indicators
Achieve quarterly/annual international sales targets (INR revenue milestones as defined)
Convert 10%+ of all qualified leads into successful business
Expand assigned global market presence with new client acquisitions
Maintain updated CRM records and ensure timely reporting

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/International Trade or related field
01 years of experience in international B2B sales (UK, USA, Australia preferred)
Experience working with global buyers, overseas distributors, or export clients
Compensation & Benefits
