Role Description
We're hiring energetic, confident, and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives for night shift international calling. This is a full-time, on-site International Sales Executive role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The role involves driving international sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with global clients. Your main responsibility will be to connect with overseas prospects, generate qualified leads, and open doors for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients in US, Canada, UK & Australia
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
Pitch SmartOrbit's and its client's products and services in a clear and confident manner
Understand client needs and schedule demos or meetings
Maintain call logs, lead data, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Consistently achieve daily and monthly targets
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for better conversions
What We're Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Confidence in speaking with international clients
Experience in telecalling, international sales, or lead generation (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
Comfortable working night shifts
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email tools)
Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
Experience with US/International BPO or IT services sales
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce
Knowledge of digital marketing or SaaS services
Email & LinkedIn outreach experience
