About the Role
We are hiring an International Sales Executive to manage inbound leads for an international recognition and leadership platform catering to professionals, founders, and organisations across multiple countries.
This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and experience handling global clients for premium offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels (Meta, LinkedIn, website, email)
  • Communicate with international prospects via WhatsApp, email, and calls
  • Understand the prospect's background and recommend suitable packages

  • Clearly explain benefits related to recognition, visibility, and participation
  • Address queries and objections related to value, pricing, and process
  • Maintain structured follow-ups and update lead status regularly
  • Close deals ethically without false promises or pressure tactics
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation
Required Skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong international communication skills
  • Consultative and relationship-based selling approach
  • Confidence in selling mid to high-ticket offerings
  • Ability to explain intangible value (branding, recognition, credibility)
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working with different time zones
  • Preferred Experience
  • 13 years of experience in international B2B or premium B2C sales
  • Experience in events, awards, conferences, media, PR, SaaS, consulting, or coaching is an advantage
  • Prior experience handling US, Europe, or APAC clients preferred
