Role & Responsibilities
- Drive new international business: identify, qualify and close distributor and retail partnerships across target markets.
- Manage key export accounts end-to-end: pricing, contract negotiation, order fulfilment and renewals to maximise revenue and margin.
- Coordinate export operations with logistics, production and quality teams to ensure on-time shipments and documentation accuracy.
- Prepare and manage trade finance instruments (LCs, BGs), commercial invoices, packing lists and regulatory paperwork for import clearance.
- Execute territory GTM plans: market research, competitive pricing, promotional support and trade-show representation.
- Track sales performance and forecast demand using CRM and sales reports; present pipeline and market insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Agriculture or related discipline (or equivalent commercial experience).
- Proven track record in export sales for FMCG/agriproducts with strong understanding of target international markets.
- Fluent English; additional language skills relevant to target regions (Arabic, Russian, Spanish) are an advantage.
