Location: Noida Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh

Working Hours: PST Shift (US Business Hours)

Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Business Development Executive to support international business growth across the US market. The role focuses on prospect identification, client engagement, lead generation, relationship building, and business opportunity development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective clients in the US market.

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and research.

• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant solutions.

• Schedule meetings and business discussions for senior sales representatives.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and client communication.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or International Calling.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Comfortable working in PST shift timings.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills

• Experience working with US or international clients.

• Exposure to B2B sales and business development.

• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, exports, or industrial products is an added advantage.
