We are Hiring: International Sales Executive (US Market)

Location: Remote / Night Shift (US Business Hours) 9pm- 6am

98thPercentile is expanding our international sales team, and we are looking for dynamic Sales Executives to engage with prospective customers in the US. If you love consultative selling, relationship-building, and driving revenue in a high-performance environment, this is for you!

What You Will Do:

• Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound cold calls, engage US prospects effectively, and build immediate trust and rapport.
• Consultative Selling: Understand students academic needs, challenges, and goals, and recommend tailored 98thPercentile programs.
• Objection Handling & Closing: Drive sales conversations, negotiate effectively, address objections, and confidently convert opportunities into enrollments.
• Pipeline Management: Track leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records using our CRM software.
• Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed monthly sales, enrollment, and revenue targets.

What We Are Looking For:

• Exceptional Communication: Excellent spoken English with a distinct US accent is mandatory.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome! For experienced candidates, 1-2 years of overall sales experience with at least 1 year in an international/night-shift process.
• Drive & Motivation: A self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, target-oriented environment.
• Shift Readiness: Complete willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Education: Any graduate. Basic proficiency in CRM software and Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.

Compensation (Open for discussion based on interviews):

• Freshers: INR 40,000 - INR 45,000 / month
• Experienced: INR 45,000 - INR 55,000 / month
