Navvio Digital builds an AI front desk for service businesses. It answers every call, qualifies the caller and books the appointment, so owners stop losing jobs to missed and after-hours calls. We sell to small businesses in Canada, starting with HVAC. This role is for someone who enjoys real phone selling and closing, not script reading.

What you'll do

• Call Canadian HVAC business owners from a lead list we provide
• Explain the problem (missed and after-hours calls) and show a short live demo of our AI
• Handle objections and close the sale yourself
• Log every call and next step

You need

• 1+ year in a US, UK or Canada voice sales process, with closing experience
• Clear, confident spoken English
• Your own laptop, headset, stable internet and power backup
• A quiet place to work

Nice to have: SMB SaaS, telecom or automation sales background; experience using a dialer or CRM; early-stage company exposure

Shift: Monday–Friday

Work from home only.

Pay: Fixed salary 18,000–25,000 per month, based on experience, plus an incentive of up to 17,500 per client you close, depending on the plan and paid as the client pays. Full details are explained to shortlisted candidates.
