Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Solution Director to lead global sales solutioning and drive enterprise revenue across international markets. This role requires a strong blend of consultative sales, solution architecture, and stakeholder management, with a deep understanding of SaaS, CPaaS, and Conversational AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive international sales solution strategy across regions such as APAC, Middle East, Europe, and North America
- Partner with global sales teams to support large, complex enterprise deals through solution design and value articulation
- Act as a trusted advisor to international clients by understanding their business challenges and proposing scalable AI-driven solutions
- Lead pre-sales engagements including demos, RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and solution presentations
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility and successful solution implementation
- Drive deal closures by supporting negotiations, pricing strategy, and solution positioning
- Build and mentor a high-performing solutions and pre-sales team
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen global sales positioning
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in international B2B SaaS sales solutioning / pre-sales
- Deep understanding of CPaaS platforms (WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, RCS, Email, IVR)
- Hands-on exposure to Conversational AI, chatbots, NLP, NLU, and automation workflows
- Proven track record of working with global enterprise clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex, multi-region sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen and deal-closure mindset
