We are Looking for the International Sales with course Advisor

As a Training Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding potential students on their journey towards career advancement through our training programs. You will be the first point of contact, providing personalised advice and support to ensure they find the right courses to meet their career goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering a skilled, productive workforce.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expand our reach and impact by inspiring individuals seeking to enhance their skills, effectively communicating the value proposition of our courses and guiding learners through a seamless enrolment process.
  • Identify and engage with corporate clients dedicated to upskilling their workforce, cultivating strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, offering customised solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling promotional materials and strategies tailored for outreach events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the highest quality delivery of training programmes and exception service to our learners and corporate partners.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to achieve enrolment and engagement targets.
  • Stay attuned to market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine our approach and enhance our offerings.
  • Prepare insightful reports and provide strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvements and amplify our mission.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the education or training sector, with a proven record of surpassing targets.
  • Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B sales methodologies, excelling in prospecting, lead generation and relationship building.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable to conveying complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and inspiring manner.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude, thriving both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Result-oriented, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving the growth of our mission-driven organisation.
