Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and emails to international leads (B2B and B2C) to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored product solutions.
  • Generate interest, follow up on prospects, and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Build long-term relationships with B2B clients and maintain a healthy customer pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue targets).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Sc., etc.).
  • Experience: 03 years in international sales, telesales, inside sales, or business development.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Confident and persuasive with a neutral or international accent.
  • Sales Skills:
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel, cold calling, and lead nurturing.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Previous experience selling SaaS, IT, EdTech, Travel, or E-commerce products internationally.
  • Understanding of international market trends and buyer behavior.
