Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Associate based in Noida. The International Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential students, understanding their education and accommodation needs, fostering client relationships, and converting inquiries into admissions or accommodation bookings. Responsibilities include providing accurate information on available services, actively following up on leads, achieving sales targets, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a positive student experience. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
  • Sales, client engagement, and customer service experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in a similar role
  • Understanding of the Ed-Tech sector, particularly in study abroad, university admissions, and/or student housing
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other software applicable in sales and client management
  • Relevant experience or education in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management in the education or hospitality sector
  • Graduate degree is preferred, and 1-2 years of experience in the Ed-Tech industry is required
