Job Overview
- Developing new markets where the products of the H&B and NBC business units have sales potential
- Identifying distribution partners for contract placement, renewals, and terminations .
- Providing management with feedback on status of new and existing business opportunities
- Preparing and reviewing annual operating plans
- Preparing and reviewing annual and monthly sales forecasts
- Executing quartely and monthly business reviews
- Monitoring, support and professional assistance with public tenders issued by health ministries and large health care buying groups
- Visiting distribution partners and end customers
- Organizing sales training and development execution
- Interface with clinical education team and field support to coordinate region's field efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments throughout the company to analyze issues impactingthe Indirect channel, and recommend process improvement
- Contribute to the team's success by embracing our guiding principles and behaviors and actively participatingin a culture that puts our distribution partners and end-users first.

- The role will start as a work-from-home remote position but will turn into a physical presence in an office role in Bangalore.
