This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Process Executive based in Mohali .

Key responsibilities include effectively resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate records, improving customer service processes, and contributing to customer relationship initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency in English
  • Sharp Analytical Skills and the ability to trouble-shoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address customer concerns
  • Basic computer proficiency and adaptability to new technology platforms
  • Experience working in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • High school diploma or its equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
