International Partner Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Overview

Nile is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale our partner marketing efforts across key global markets particularly in EMEA and APJC. Based in Bangalore, this role will be instrumental in building joint go-to-market strategies with Nile's ecosystem of channel partners, driving pipeline growth, and increasing brand presence internationally.

You will serve as the critical link between Nile's global marketing team and regional partners, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute joint marketing plans with international channel and alliance partners to drive demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Align partner marketing initiatives with Nile's global campaigns and regional priorities
  • Identify high-impact co-marketing opportunities across digital, field, and event-based programs

Partner Content Development

  • Develop and/or customize content for consumption by partners leveraging corporate material, and making them regionally relevant
  • Market to and through partners communicating value proposition

Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Design and run partner-led campaigns (digital, ABM, events, webinars) to generate qualified leads
  • Track and optimize campaign performance against pipeline and revenue targets
  • Ensure effective lead handoff and follow-up in collaboration with sales teams

Partner Enablement & Activation

  • Equip partners with the messaging, content, and tools needed to position Nile effectively
  • Drive onboarding and ongoing activation of new and existing partners
  • Collaborate with product marketing to tailor value propositions for partner audiences

Regional Execution & Localization

  • Adapt global campaigns and messaging for regional markets (APAC, EMEA, etc.)
  • Ensure cultural and market relevance in all partner-facing initiatives
  • Manage regional marketing calendars in coordination with sales and partner teams with strong operational discipline

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global demand gen, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistency and impact
  • Act as the voice of international partners within Nile's marketing organization collaborating across time-zones

Performance & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and measure success across partner marketing programs
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI, and partner engagement
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data and insights

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing within B2B technology (networking, security, SaaS, or cloud preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with international markets, particularly in APAC and/or EMEA
  • Strong understanding of channel partner models (VARs, SIs, distributors, MSPs)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), cybersecurity, or enterprise networking solutions
  • Familiarity with co-marketing frameworks, MDF programs, and partner lifecycle management
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo etc.)
  • Strong project management and execution skills
