Communication skills
Proficient with use of Microsoft Word, Excel , Powerpoint.
Knowledge of Digital marketing.
Presentation Skills
Back Up Marketing :
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.Process orders and
ensure timely delivery of products or services.Maintain and update customer databases and records.
3. Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.Provide accurate
information about products, pricing, and availability. Follow up with clients for feedback and
payments.
4. Should have knowledge on generation of quality leads and assigning to the sales team
5. Should have knowledge on account convertion
6. Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.Monitor and report sales
performance metrics to management.
