Position Overview
The International Marketing Manager will lead global marketing initiatives to enhance NIMS University's international visibility, student recruitment, and institutional partnerships.
The role demands a strategic thinker with strong global market understanding, digital marketing expertise, and proven experience in international education marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Global Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute international marketing strategies across priority regions (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe, etc.).
- Identify emerging international markets and growth opportunities.
- Align global marketing efforts with institutional objectives and enrollment targets.
Brand Positioning & Campaign Management
- Lead international branding initiatives.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, fairs, partnerships).
- Create region-specific messaging and promotional content.
- Manage international advertising budgets and ROI tracking.
Partnerships & Representation
- Collaborate with international recruitment agencies and education consultants.
- Represent NIMS University at international education fairs and global summits.
- Support the development of MoUs and academic collaborations.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Digital & Lead Management
- Oversee global digital marketing initiatives including:
- SEO & paid campaigns
- Social media outreach
- Email marketing automation
- Ensure effective CRM tracking and lead nurturing for international prospects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in international marketing, preferably in higher education.
- Strong understanding of global student mobility trends.
- Experience managing international campaigns and budgets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
