About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Marketing Executive / Manager to develop and expand global markets for medical devices and herbal extract / chemical products. The role involves overseas market development, distributor management, regulatory coordination, and international business growth across regulated healthcare and ingredient markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international marketing strategies for medical devices and herbal/chemical products
- Identify, appoint, and manage overseas distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy for international regions
- Generate international leads through B2B portals, digital marketing, trade shows, and exhibitions
- Handle international client communication, negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Prepare marketing and technical documents including brochures, presentations, product profiles, COA, MSDS, TDS, and dossiers
- Coordinate with regulatory, quality, production, and logistics teams for smooth international operations
- Support export sales activities including order processing and documentation coordination
- Monitor global RFQs, tenders, and business opportunities in healthcare, nutraceutical, pharma, cosmetic, and ingredient markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, distributors, importers, OEMs, and ingredient buyers
Regulatory & Compliance Exposure (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of international regulations such as:
- Medical Devices: CE Marking (EU MDR), US FDA (Registration / 510(k) exposure preferred), ISO 13485
- Herbal & Chemical Products: US FDA (Dietary Supplements), EU food & herbal regulations, REACH (basic), AYUSH exposure
- Experience handling compliance documents such as COA, MSDS, stability data, and technical dossiers
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of international marketing and export business practices
- Experience in regulated global markets (healthcare, life sciences, chemicals)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple international accounts and regions
- Knowledge of export procedures, logistics coordination, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and international B2B platforms
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- MBA / PG Diploma in International Marketing, Export Management, or Healthcare Management (preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience in international marketing of medical devices, herbal extracts, phytochemicals, or specialty chemical products
- Exposure to international exhibitions such as MEDICA, Arab Health, CPhI, Vitafoods, SupplySide, Fi Europe, etc.
- Experience dealing with distributors, hospitals, nutraceutical, pharma, cosmetic, or ingredient companies
