Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive International Marketing initiatives.

This role will focus on expanding global reach, identifying international business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless experience for international patients through targeted marketing strategies and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze international markets to identify growth opportunities, trends, and demand patterns across regions
  • Drive end-to-end international marketing initiatives to enhance global patient acquisition and engagement
  • Develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Act as a single point of contact for international patients and enquiries, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience
  • Identify and establish effective marketing channels (digital, partnerships, referrals) in target geographies
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market research across international regions
  • Customize marketing campaigns and communication strategies based on cultural and regional preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams (doctors, operations, OPD, patient care) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Build and maintain partnerships with international agents, consultants, and healthcare facilitators
  • Monitor campaign performance, patient conversion trends, and ROI across markets
  • Support pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies tailored to international audiences
  • Track customer feedback and sentiment to improve service quality and brand perception
  • Contribute to revenue targets and international business growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Postgraduate in Marketing / Business Administration or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in international marketing, healthcare marketing, or similar roles
  • Strong
  • understanding of global market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management
  • Ability to work with cross-cultural teams and international stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and market research capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage
