Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for an International Jewelry Sales professional. Daily responsibilities include client prospecting, generating sales leads, and presenting our collection to clients. The role involves fostering strong relationships with international and domestic clients, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying market trends to drive sales. You will represent our brand and align our offerings with clients unique requirements, striving to exceed their expectations and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Strong Sales acumen to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and achieve sales targets
  • Analytical and Finance skills to understand client needs, market trends, and pricing strategies
  • Experience in international sales, gemstone and jewelry knowledge, and cultural awareness are advantageous
  • Ability to adapt, work collaboratively, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
