Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced International Sales Executives for our US process to handle clients for US Company Compliance, Taxation, and Business Services. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in handling US clients, and the ability to close deals in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients
- Sell services related to US Company Incorporation, Tax Filing, Compliance, and Trademark
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups
- Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Update CRM and maintain accurate client records
Eligibility Criteria:
- 15 years of experience in International Sales / US Sales / Voice Process
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral or US accent preferred
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling US clients is mandatory
- Comfortable working in night shift (7 PM 4 AM)
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales (US Process)
- Exposure to Taxation / Accounting / Financial Services / SaaS sales is an added advantage
- Proven track record of achieving targets
