Job Summary

We are looking for a results-drivenInternational Inside Sales Specialistto manage and convert international leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, target-oriented, and experienced in handling international customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handleoutbound sales calls with international prospects.
  • Engage with global clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth closures.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 14 years of experience ininternational inside salesor B2B/B2C sales.
  • Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish communication skills.
  • Experience working with international time zones.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience inEdTech / SaaS / IT / Consulting / Services.
  • Exposure to international markets.
