We are seeking an International (VOICE) Gaming Support professional to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our international gaming clients, helping them navigate any issues they may encounter while enhancing their overall gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to international gaming clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to gaming software.
- Assist players with account management, including payments, withdrawals, and bonuses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of complex issues.
- Document and track support interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Educate players on game features, updates, and policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6 Months of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in voice process.
- Strong understanding of gaming software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
