Job Description
I. Job Summary
A Team Lead level position which requires to manage a direct and indirect team of 25-50 professionals.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team, guiding them to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to enhance team performance, ensuring team members possess the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Monitor team productivity and shrinkage, while fostering motivation and engagement across team members.
- Actively listen to team feedback and proactively resolve operational challenges, including query resolutions and clarification of doubts.
- Continually enhance daily processing efficiency and accuracy to support operational excellence.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships within the team to strengthen performance and communication.
- Contribute to day-to-day production tasks and maintain thorough understanding of process knowledge.
- Partner with the manager and process owners to streamline workflows and optimize performance.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
- Any graduate can apply.
- International email & chat experience is mandatory.
- Experience - 5 years to 8 years including minimum 1 year of Team lead experience on document.
- Should be flexible with US shifts.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel function.
- Should have strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills.
