Job Title: International Education Operations Executive
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, Operations, or a
related discipline.
A postgraduate qualification such as MBA / PGDM / Master's degree will be an added
advantage.
Work Experience
- 14 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Operations Management
- Student Services / Customer Success
- Education, EdTech, Study Abroad, or Test Preparation organisations
- Prior exposure to admission consulting, test preparation operations, or academic program
- coordination is strongly preferred.
Domain Exposure (Preferred)
- Experience working with GMAT, GRE, IELTS, SAT, or similar test preparation programs.
- Familiarity with study abroad workflows, university application processes, and partner
coordination models.
- Experience managing high-volume student portfolios and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Readiness
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong capability to manage multiple trackers, MIS reports, and operational workflows
simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to work weekends or extended hours during peak admission or test-prep cycles,
as required.
