Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA ( Based on last ctc 30% hike)

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Offs: 2 Days Off

Process: International Voice / Customer Support

Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Whitefield, BTM Layout, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling international customers over the phone, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and within defined timelines.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Accurately update customer information and call details in the CRM/system.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Meet defined targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on process requirements.
• Candidates with prior international BPO/voice process experience will have an added advantage.
