- Location is HYD and should be flexible to work in UK shifts
Rounds of interview- HR screening/versant (cut off is 58)/skills round ;
- Undergraduates are considered with 1+ Years & above of customer support experience
Candidate should have experience in International Voice for CS
- Please focus on the quality of profiles please cross verify on hygiene checks like shift, excellent communication, work mode etc.
- Candidates are supposed to submit highest education docs (consolidated marks memo & PDC) without fail.
- Candidates should have Offer letter, relieving letter, pay slips & PF statement (if there was no PF deduction then Form 16 and Form 26 AS) for recent 2 employments.
- Please ensure to communicate to candidates that Inbound calling is mandatory and they are ok with complete voice process with target-based work
