Role Description

We are seeking an International Lead Generation Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our Lucknow location. In this role, you will assist global clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to customer engagement
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; prior customer service experience in an international setting is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
