We are hiring Freshers for the position of Customer Support Associate – Voice Process in Hyderabad.
Job Details
- Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice
- Location: Hyderabad – Work from Office
- Experience:Freshers Only
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Process: International Voice
- CTC: 3 LPA
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Work with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach.
Eligibility & Skills
- Excellent communication skills in BOTH English & Hindi are MANDATORY.
- English + Hindi proficiency is compulsory for this role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced international voice process.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
