Job Role & Responsibilities

As an International Customer Support Executive, you will:

  • Handle international customer calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer queries with clarity and confidence
  • Perform backend operations such as:
  • Data entry and verification
  • Customer profile and account updates
  • Ensure accurate documentation after every interaction
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and data security guidelines
  • Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation mandatory (Freshers are encouraged to apply!)
  • Good command over spoken and written English
  • Comfortable working in night shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
