Job Role & Responsibilities
As an International Customer Support Executive, you will:
- Handle international customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries with clarity and confidence
- Perform backend operations such as:
- Data entry and verification
- Customer profile and account updates
- Ensure accurate documentation after every interaction
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and data security guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation mandatory (Freshers are encouraged to apply!)
- Good command over spoken and written English
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
