Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Customer Support Associate located in Jaipur. The role involves providing exceptional support to clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include handling customer service requests, resolving issues, and offering solutions that align with the organization's goals. Additionally, the role may include cross-selling or upselling of services and providing internal team training to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, or Customer Service
• Ability to drive Sales and identify upselling opportunities
• Training and coaching skills for supporting team performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Previous experience in international customer support is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
