Job Role – International Customer Support Associate

Location: Malad West

Working Days: 5 days working | 2 rotational offs

Transportation: One-way transport provided

Salary: Up to 35,000/month

Role Overview

Join a global support team assisting international customers with account-related services and operational requests. This role combines voice support and backend coordination while working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer interactions and provide accurate resolutions
  • Assist customers with account updates, service requests, and general queries
  • Perform backend tasks such as data verification and system updates
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data security
