About The Role
We are hiring candidates for a **US-based First Party Collections Process** with a leading banking client. This role involves interacting with international customers to manage outstanding payments and provide resolution support.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/inbound calls with US customers
- Follow up on pending payments and negotiate resolutions
- Maintain customer records and update system details
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines
- Achieve collection targets and performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria
- SSC/HSC with minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
- Experience in collections is preferred (not mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)
- Willing to work in a target-driven environment
Shift Work Details
- Rotational week offs (2 days per week)
- Night shift (US time zone)
Salary Structure
- Without collections experience: 22,000 35,000
- With collections experience: Up to 42,000
