Job Description
We are hiring International Cold Calling Executives for outbound sales and lead generation focused on power solutions and energy supply products, including solar, inverters, batteries, generators, and related electrical systems. The role involves calling international prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound international calls to prospective customers and businesses
- Pitch power solutions and energy supply products professionally
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule follow-ups and sales meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead targets
- Follow international calling compliance and scripts
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
- Prior experience in international cold calling / telecalling / B2B sales preferred
- Basic understanding of power, solar, or energy products is an advantage
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills
- Comfortable with night or rotational shifts (as per international time zones)
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

- 56 days working (as per business requirements)
- Night shift / International shift
