Role Responsibilities:

1. Respond to product/service inquiries via multiple communication channels
2. Provide timely and accurate resolution of customer queries
3. Adhere to policies and procedures in customer interactions
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation

2. Operate in rotational shifts with cab facility
