Job Details

• Role: Customer Support Associate – International Chat Process
• Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
• Interview Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
• Experience: 2year - 4year
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Process: International Chat Support
• CTC: 5 LPA – 5.5 LPA
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams whenever required.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow company guidelines and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure prompt resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members and share customer feedback to improve processes and service quality.

Required Skills

• Excellent written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Good typing speed with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
