Job Role

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals for the position of International Chat Support Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, strong banking domain knowledge, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service through chat support channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through live chat support.

- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customers.

- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Meet productivity, quality, and customer experience targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate, Post graduate(No undergraduate)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Chat Support.

- Excellent written English communication skills.

- Typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

- Willingness to work in night shifts.

- Willingness to work from office..
