Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in chat support or customer service roles.
• Excellent written communication skills in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Familiarity with live chat software and customer service tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer support processes.
