We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our International Chat Process team in India. This role involves engaging with customers from various countries through chat, providing them with exceptional support and solutions to their queries. Ideal candidates should be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with international customers via chat to provide assistance and support.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with customer service tools and chat platforms is a plus.
Basic understanding of international customer service expectations and cultural sensitivity.
