Job Description

International Channel Account Manager will be responsible for expanding Vehere's global channel ecosystem, building and managing strategic partnerships across international markets, and driving revenue growth through effective partner engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of global channel dynamics, cross-cultural business practices, and the ability to execute sales strategies that scale internationally

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Expand Global Channel Base

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new international partners, distributors, and system integrators to strengthen Vehere's global footprint.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to regional markets, ensuring alignment with Vehere's global objectives
  • Coordinate technical specialists and resources to address customer requirements in multi-country, complex selling situations.

2. Partner Relationship Management

  • Cultivate strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders across diverse geographies, acting as the single point of contact for partner satisfaction.

3.Revenue Growth:

  • Drive attainment of international sales revenue and margin targets, while tracking and improving partner productivity metrics.
  • Deliver product and solution presentations to international partners and prospective customers, adapting messaging to local market needs.
  • Provide accurate international sales forecasts based on channel prospects and market intelligence.
  • Offer insights to Product Management on global competitive activity, pricing trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Adhere to high quality work standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere's information assets including business critical information.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in business, computer science, marketing, or engineering
  • 5-7 years in technical software sales; preferably cyber security, channels & enterprise software and/or related consulting services
  • Proven track record of expanding channel ecosystems across multiple regions and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep knowledge of global vendor business models and financial metrics for successful software operations.
  • Strong IT channel sales program management experience with international exposure.
  • Ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and business judgment in diverse international contexts.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage change effectively.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and well-organized, with a willingness to travel extensively.
