Data Management:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer databases, and generate reports on sales and activities. Follow-up:Follow up on leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business. Compliance:Adhere to telecalling scripts and company policies, while also staying informed about product knowledge and industry trends. Market Research:Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends, which can help improve offerings. Essential Skills & QualificationsCommunication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for engaging customers effectively.
