Role Description The International Business Manager will oversee and expand Asteroid Microns global business operations, with a focus on identifying new markets, developing international partnerships, and driving export sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and distributors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of products to international customers. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, finance, and quality to align customer requirements with company capabilities. The International Business Manager will also prepare business development plans, sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and performance reports for senior leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Strong international business development skills, including market research, opportunity analysis, and global sales planning.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and contract handling with international customers and partners.
- Solid understanding of export procedures, international trade regulations, logistics, and documentation.
- Experience with strategic planning, revenue growth initiatives, and performance reporting for leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional foreign language capability is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial minerals, chemicals, or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, travel internationally as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
