Seeking a Dynamic International Business Head for an FMCG Brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead international business strategy and drive revenue growth across global markets such as EMEA and NA
- Identify and develop new market entry opportunities for the brand
- Build and manage relationships with international distributors, partners, and key accounts
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new geographies, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategy
- Oversee sales performance, forecasting, and revenue targets for international markets
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure successful market expansion
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, product certifications, and import requirements
- Monitor global market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights within the nutrition/FMCG category
- Build and lead a high-performing international sales and business development team, and achieve business goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in international business development or global sales within FMCG/nutrition/consumer products, with connections that can be leveraged
- Proven track record of entering and scaling international markets
- Strong network with global distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Experience in managing P&L and international sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
