Business Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in the homeware plastics segment
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

Key Account & Client Management:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with global key accounts and clients in plastics, stationery, toys, homeware, and OEM products
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery

New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads across international markets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate and convert leads

Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on sales targets, revenue growth, and client acquisition
